About The Position

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead in a progressive pharmacy setting focused on patient care and community relationships. The role is part of a team providing direct patient care and wellness services, including disease state management, medication therapy optimization, patient-centered care, and assistance managing acute and chronic conditions. Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the pharmacy’s financial performance and serves as pharmacist in charge. The position also oversees pharmacy operations and team development and partners with management on initiatives to increase profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D., or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Nice To Haves

• One year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care services.

• Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability.
