The Pharmacy Manager is a licensed professional responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and providing safe and appropriate pharmacy services to Option Care patients. This role ensures services align with company policies, professional standards, and regulatory entities. The Pharmacy Manager coordinates patient services with nursing, delivery, and reimbursement departments, and is responsible for budgeting, purchasing, control, and security of drug products and medical supplies. The manager also assists the Operations Director in achieving operational and financial goals for the location.
