About The Position

NaphCare is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to maximize the daily operations of our pharmacy, with a strong focus on enhancing workflow efficiency and process improvement to work with us at the Easterling Correctional Facility located in Clio, Alabama. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and experience in a pharmacy setting (pharmacy technician experience preferred). The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for analyzing current workflows, developing and implementing strategies to optimize processes, and monitoring compliance. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting (pharmacy technician experience preferred).
• Proven experience in implementing process improvements and workflow optimization.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a high-volume or institutional pharmacy setting (e.g., long-term care, correctional, mail order).
