About The Position
A healthcare facility located near Hartsville, SC is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Manager to join its team. This is a permanent, inpatient position that includes an administrative call rotation as needed. The Pharmacy Manager supervises day-to-day workflow, develops and enforces standard policies and procedures, and drives planning for effectiveness and growth. This role also involves training pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and students, while handling human resources documentation.
Requirements
- Pharm. D. degree from an accredited school
- License to practice pharmacy in the state of South Carolina prior to hire
- Compounding experience required
- Experience in staffing, operations, and compliance required
