About The Position
Burnett Medical Center is a Critical Access Hospital looking to fill our open Pharmacy Manager position. This role is responsible for the overall leadership, operations, and regulatory compliance of the hospital pharmacy services. It ensures safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication management across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. The position serves as a key interdisciplinary leader, collaborating closely with medical staff, nursing leadership, infection prevention, finance, and quality teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Current pharmacist license in the State of Wisconsin.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
- Minimum of 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred leadership and management experience.
- Preferred experience with Critical Access Hospital operations.
