About The Position

NaphCare is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to maximize the daily operations of our pharmacy, with a strong focus on enhancing workflow efficiency and process improvement. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and experience in a pharmacy setting (pharmacy technician experience preferred). The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for analyzing current workflows, developing and implementing strategies to optimize processes, and monitoring compliance. This posting is open exclusively to current AL DOC incumbent employees.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting (pharmacy technician experience preferred).
• Proven experience in implementing process improvements and workflow optimization.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a high-volume or institutional pharmacy setting (e.g., long-term care, correctional, mail order).

Responsibilities

• Optimize daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate and timely medication dispensing.
• Implement and manage processes to improve workflow efficiency, reduce redundancies, and enhance accuracy.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop innovative solutions to streamline operations.
• Monitor and implement quality control measures to reduce errors and improve service delivery.
• Work closely with leadership identify and address compliance issues.
