About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient‑focused Pharmacy Manager to lead daily operations at our community pharmacy locations in Mississauga and Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed pharmacist who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while driving operational excellence. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee all pharmacy activities, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, support and mentor staff, and contribute to the growth and success of the pharmacy.

Requirements

  • Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of pharmacy experience; management or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, legislation, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with pharmacy software systems (e.g., Kroll) is an asset
  • Certification to administer injections

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant workflow
  • Provide clinical expertise and exceptional patient counseling
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) standards and all regulatory requirements
  • Train, mentor, and support pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Manage scheduling, performance evaluations, and staffing needs
  • Build strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and the community
  • Implement company policies, quality assurance programs, and operational improvements
  • Support vaccination services and other clinical programs
  • Monitor KPIs and contribute to business growth initiatives
