About The Position

Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Medical Pharmacy in Toronto, Ontario. This role involves leading and overseeing all pharmacy operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing the pharmacy team. The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory management, compounding, clinical care, and patient counseling. They will also collaborate with healthcare professionals and the Front Store team to enhance patient services and actively seek innovative ways to improve processes. Financial management, including P&L statements and operational targets, is also a key part of this role.

Requirements

Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacist
Injection certification is required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment
Experience with Kroll

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling.
Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care.
Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures.
Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development.
Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.
Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings.
Actively seeks out new and innovative ways to improve processes.
Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control).
