About The Position

The Pharmacy Manager leads pharmacy operations and serves as the pharmacist in charge under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager. The role is part of a team providing direct patient care and wellness services, including disease state management, medication therapy optimization, patient-centered care, and support for acute and chronic conditions. The manager is responsible for pharmacy financial performance and works in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D., or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Nice To Haves

• One year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability.
• Oversee the pharmacy's financial performance and act as pharmacist in charge.
