About The Position

Join Southwest Florida's Premier Healthcare Supply Chain & Compounding Team. At LeeSar's IV Compounding Center, you'll work alongside pharmacy professionals in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment utilizing advanced automated compounding technology to help deliver critical medications to healthcare facilities across Southwest Florida. This is a temporary seasonal position supporting hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout Southwest Florida. Work for an organization committed to excellence, compliance, and patient safety. Play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of medication safety.

Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma
• Completion of a board certified Pharmacy Technician program preferable
• Completion of not less than 10 hours per year of continuing education from an accredited institution. Of the 10 hours not less than 2 hours of CE on Current Good Manufacturing Processes, 1 hour of regulatory update and 1 hour of Continuous Quality Improvement
• Ability to use personal protective equipment required
• Ability to gown to work in and ISO-5 environment

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preference
• Parenteral preparation experience preferred
• One year related technician experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile IV medications and aseptic preparations.
• Operate automated compounding equipment.
• Maintain USP-Compliant cleanroom standards.
• Monitor environmental conditions and quality controls.
• Manage medication inventory and ensure product integrity.
• Partner with Pharmacy leadership to support daily functions.
