We specialize in patient-centered care, adherence packaging, specialty drug services, mail order services, prior authorizations processing, and patient counseling. We are seeking highly motivated energetic and experienced pharmacy technicians to help with the fulfillment of prescriptions on the automation line. Our goal is to provide the highest level of service and become the pharmacy of choice for all our patients and employees. The Pharmacy Inventory and Logistics Lead assists BILH Pharmacies with all aspects of procurement and inventory management.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Registered Pharmacy Technician
  • 3+ years related work experience required.
  • Experience with computer systems require d, including web based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word , Excel, PowerPoint or Access.

Nice To Haves

  • 340B experience.
  • Inventory, shipping & delivery, and/or Rx fulfillment experience.
  • Previous pharmacy work experience in high volume store.
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Inventory Supervisor to coordinate workloads, prioritize tasks, and drive implementation of process improvements and operational initiatives.
  • Provide daily leadership and hands-on supervision to the inventory and logistics team, ensuring smooth, accurate, and consistent execution of workflows across all BILH pharmacy sites.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for operational issues, quickly resolving challenges and supporting the team through peak volumes, system disruptions, or staffing shortages.
  • Manage the receiving, separation, and processing of drug inventory across all channels with a focus on precision and timeliness, supporting seamless operations and eliminating potential discrepancies or delays.
  • Actively monitor PAR levels, manage below-PAR queues, and proactively place supplemental orders to maintain optimal inventory and prevent stock outs or excess.
  • Validate NDC pricing accuracy across 340B, GPO, OWN sources. Guide medication routing to the appropriate compliant, cost-effective channel to support uninterrupted order fulfillment.
  • Deliver training, coaching, and on-the-job guidance to staff to promote standardized processes, build competency, and ensure full compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Lead cycle count programs, investigate discrepancies, and follow through on corrective actions to maintain high inventory accuracy.
  • Contribute to operational excellence by participating in quality initiatives, cross-site projects, growth efforts, and system transitions as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the Inventory Supervisor or pharmacy leadership.
