Schedule and track deliveries to job sites; resolve delays by coordinating with vendors and customers. Maintain logistics documentation and update inventory systems. Previous experience in Materials and/or Inventory Tracking is desirable. Analyze stock charge in/outs on material for validity to the product structure. Track needs that come into the logistics inbox to help ensure all operational needs are met Provide general administrative and warehouse support as necessary to the department Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities. Perform duties in a warehouse operations environment with some physical exertion; both inside and outside work in all weather conditions. This position requires occasional travel across the US. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1-3 years of logistics or customer service experience.
Must be available for occasional travel.
Must be detailed oriented.
Must be organized and have good time management skills.
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a team setting.
Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
Must be able to come into our Maitland office everyday: Monday - Friday | 8 hours per day
Must be available for overtime work (weekends included) during activation periods.
Must be able to carry boxes weighing at least 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in Materials and/or Inventory Tracking is desirable.
