This position supports the Pharmacy department by completing assigned projects, performing quality assurance functions, preparing medications for dispensing, compounding IV medications and TPN solutions, refilling tackle boxes, preparing narcotic deliveries, and assisting with inventory maintenance and control. The intern will also ensure compliance with legal requirements and assist in maintaining Pyxis stock.
