About The Position

Fred Meyer, a part of The Kroger Company, is seeking a Pharmacy Intern to create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. The intern will help establish and maintain a safe and clean environment, assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals, and monitor quality assurance standards. Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited School of Pharmacy program.
  • Must have completed at least one year of pharmacy coursework.
  • Must possess a valid Pharmacy Intern license in the state of practice.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous retail pharmacy experience.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy software systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
