Per Diem Pharmacy Intern - Pharmacy - Day Shift Including Weekends

In this role, the Pharmacy Intern, under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist and oversight from pharmacy administration, prepares and carries out various distributive functions for patient care areas. Collects and documents medication histories from patients. This is a per diem day shift position 9:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am-6:00pm including weekends, located at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.
Requirements
- PharmD or enrolled in accredited School of Pharmacy
- New York State Pharmacy Intern Permit.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and carries out various distributive functions for patient care areas.
- Collects and documents medication histories from patients.
