About The Position

This position services the needs of patients in Nuclear Medicine by performing compounding, quality control, and dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals. The intern will work under the direct supervision of a Nuclear Pharmacist to conduct daily activities in the nuclear pharmacy and gain an understanding of the regulatory and operational aspects of the nuclear pharmacy. The role ensures high-quality products are prepared in conformance with USP standards for outpatient interventions/procedures.

Requirements

  • Acceptance in an accredited college of pharmacy.
  • Must possess a current Ohio Board of Pharmacy Intern license within 120 days of hire, unless current license is in place upon hire.
  • 0 years of relevant experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
