About The Position

The Pharmacy Graduate Intern works in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment and contributes to patient care and wellness services. The role supports disease state management, medication therapy optimization, patient-centered care, and assistance with acute and chronic conditions. It also involves promoting operational excellence and maintaining a safe, compliant environment, as well as contributing to company cultural initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Pharm.D., or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state or states of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns.
• Champion operational excellence and ensure a safe and compliant environment.
• Contribute to company cultural initiatives that enhance overall success and sustainability.
