Join a mission-driven team making a difference in the lives of cancer patients. Our specialty pharmacy in Louisville, KY has a need for a Pharmacy Fulfillment Manager! This is an onsite role. Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers. Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8am - 4:30pm EST Salary range starting at $145k + depending on experience. Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before August 31, 2026. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
  • 1+ experience in pharmacy setting
  • Knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal and state regulations concerning specialty pharmacy and pharmaceutical care.
  • Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
  • Current license in the state of practice

Nice To Haves

  • Pharm D preferred
  • 1+ year experience in specialty pharmacy preferred
  • Ideal candidates will have multi-state licenses

Responsibilities

  • Assists in managing and monitoring fulfillment operations, including but not limited to prescription pulling, filling, verification support, and packaging.
  • Works closely with the Pharmacy Director and/or Pharmacy Fulfillment Manager to review staff performance metrics and conducts coaching / counseling as needed.
  • Promotes dispensing accuracy and operational efficiency across the team.
  • Manages direct reports, including payroll coordination, PTO approvals, performance management, and participation in disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
  • Evaluates physician medication orders for appropriateness, including drug selection, dosage, potential interactions, and route of administration; provides recommendations for therapy modifications as appropriate.
  • Maintains the patient database, ensuring accurate documentation of current and past medical history, clinical and laboratory data, and concurrent medications (including over the counter and home remedies).
  • Collaborates with the healthcare team to provide clinical support as needed.
  • Documents all communications with physicians, nurses, other healthcare team members, patients/residents, and family members in the medical record.
  • Supports the implementation and adherence to policies and procedures related to the safe procurement, storage, distribution, use, and disposal of drugs and biologicals.
  • Assists in obtaining and maintaining required documentation in accordance with federal and state regulatory requirements.
  • Reports medication-related errors to the Pharmacy Director or Pharmacy Fulfillment Manager in accordance with established procedures.
  • Assists staff with procedures related to the safe and effective procurement, storage, administration, and disposal of medications.
  • Ensures appropriate documentation of adverse drug reactions (ADRs); ensures product complaints are properly documented and reported to pharmaceutical manufacturers as required.
  • Collaborates with staff to ensure medication returns are processed in a timely manner.
  • Works with pharmacy staff to ensure drug and supply orders are received, stocked, rotated using FEFO, and that outdated medications are removed from inventory.
  • Supports inventory management activities to help maintain adequate levels of medications, supplies, and drug-specific care kits in compliance with SOPs.
  • Communicates inventory out-of-stocks to the Purchasing Team, as necessary.
  • Assists with cycle counts and physical inventory activities; escalates discrepancies as appropriate.
  • Supports intercompany pharmacy transfers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy work environment in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ensures deliveries are packed in accordance with SOPs, including seasonal cold-chain requirements to protect product integrity.
  • Maintains knowledge of and compliance with USP <800> guidelines and safe handling of hazardous medications.
  • Conducts responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable policies and procedures, federal and state laws, and professional standards.
  • Promotes on-site engagement, teamwork, and employee morale.
  • Conducts regular one-on-one meetings with staff to provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development support.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
