About The Position

The Pharmacy Director is responsible for the ongoing effective operation of the Pharmacy, exerting a leadership role that supports the hospital’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives. This role focuses on patients, physicians, employees, volunteers, and the community as customers. The position involves continuous assessment, improvement, coordination, and integration of department services and standards of care into the hospital’s primary function. The Director is responsible for approving timekeeping, employee evaluations, meeting applicable regulatory standards, and approving supply orders. Abrazo West Campus is seeking an innovative and experienced healthcare leader to drive excellence and inspire the team towards exceptional patient outcomes and operational success.

• Conducts employee evaluations.
