The Pharmacy Director is responsible for directing workforce in the day-to-day operations of pharmacy or multiple locations and managing costs to established goals. This is a high-volume operation with over 80 employees. Prior management experience in a large pharmacy setting is required. The ideal candidate has experience in Long-Term Care Pharmacies, excels in leading change initiatives and providing outstanding customer service, with strengths in leadership, employee relations, communication, organization, structure, performance improvement, and a firm commitment to compliance.
