Pharmacy Coordinator – Oncology Services
About The Position
Support pharmacy operations and clinical programs within Wisconsin's only Comprehensive Cancer Center, contributing to accreditation, quality, research, and programmatic excellence in adult and pediatric cancer patients. This role involves collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, and operational leaders to develop and implement best practices for oncology treatment and medication management. Additionally, the position fosters strategic partnerships with regional oncology affiliates and external organizations to advance program growth, clinical integration, and service excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree
- 3 years of health-system experience or completion of an ASHP accredited residency training program
- Licensed as a pharmacist in Wisconsin within 90 Days
Nice To Haves
- Completion of an ASHP accredited residency training program
- 5 years of relevant practice experience
- Certification through the appropriate certifying program (Board of Pharmacy Specialties, National Board of Nutrition Support Certification, National Certification Board for Anticoagulation Providers, Specialty Pharmacy Certification Board, etc.)
