About The Position

Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their team. This is a remote opportunity with some travel required, and candidates should live within commuting distance to the Woodridge, IL location for occasional pharmacy visits. The role is ideal for someone with a Pharmacy/Healthcare background looking to advance their career and gain new skills. Requirements

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician registration.
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in pharmaceutical regulatory or industry related experience.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer/data entry/software proficiency.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare fields.
  • Working knowledge of quality assurance/improvement and compliance experience.
  • Highly effective in working objectively with a diverse group of people.
  • Must demonstrate communication, organizational, administrative and office skills.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as statistical inference.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as percentages, ratios, and proportions in practical solutions.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Able to perform effectively, efficiently, and accurately in a fast-paced dynamic corporate environment.
  • Able to form and cultivate relationships within the company and with federal and state agency personnel.
  • Strong project management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Law, or related field.
  • Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC).
  • Experience of operating within the professional standards of a large pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with securing proper licensure with the Boards of Pharmacy and other applicable regulatory licensing agencies.
  • Assist with the Onco360/CareMed/ConnectMed360 audit and monitoring plan.
  • Assist the Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy Compliance, with compliance administrative activities.
  • Conduct on-site auditing of Onco360/CareMed/ConnectMed360 pharmacy locations across the country.
  • Conduct virtual and/or desktop auditing of pharmacy locations, including data entry, focus, and records audits.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of operations audit and/or risk assessment tools.
  • Assist with special pharmacy projects and activities.
  • Provide support with securing and maintaining proper facility licensure, including new licenses, renewals, and required change notifications.
  • Effectively communicate and present information on compliance activities.
  • Communicate audit results with responsible parties and follow up on required corrective actions.
  • Compile and provide quarterly audit data for Compliance Committees’ and other reporting bodies.
  • Collaborate with appropriate departments to collect data from multiple reporting systems/sources for auditing purposes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy Compliance, or designee.
  • Conduct job responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
