Develop and promote programs that identify, prevent, and manage disease states. Implement effective and dependable methods of delivery for Pharmaceutical Care systems and programs. Provide effective patient counseling and health education. Compound and dispense prescribed medications, drugs, and other pharmaceuticals for patient care according to professional standards, state and federal law requirements.
