About The Position
The ambulatory clinical specialist 1 will provide specialized care for patients by reviewing medication regimens and pharmaceutical needs for patients in a clinical setting. The specialist will serve as a clinical resource to health care providers and enhance the pharmacy department‘s professional and clinical services.
Requirements
- Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD).
- Registered Pharmacist.
- Basic Life Support.
- 5 years of experience + Board certification (BCPS, CSP, BCACP, etc.) in area of specialty, OR PGY-1 + 2 years of experience + Board certification (BCPS, CSP, BCACP,etc), OR PGY-1 + PGY-2 + Board Certification (BCPS, CSP, BCACP,etc).
- If candidate meets experience requirements and doesn‘t currently have BPS, BPS must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other graphics or presentation software.
- Minimum Required Experience: 5 Years
Nice To Haves
- Florida Consultant Licensure within 3 months of hire.
- Immunization certificate within 6 months of hire.
