The Retail Pharmacy Clerk will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, completing transactions using various forms of payment, balancing register, bagging/wrapping purchased items, processing returns or exchanges, and maintaining pharmacy neatness. This role requires excellent customer service skills, good verbal communication skills, basic mathematical skills as needed to make change, and knowledge about products and services available. Clerk must have a good understanding of Point of Sale systems. Clerk may help with receiving merchandise and assist with the management of all inventory. Helps in merchandizing products and making sure displays are refreshed on a regular basis. Clerk will assist with other duties as assigned.
