About The Position
Scheurer Family Pharmacy in Harbor Beach, a part of Scheurer Network, is seeking a part time Pharmacy Clerk. Applicants will need to be available to work evenings, rotating weekends, and some holidays. This is a part-time position with 40 hours per bi-weekly pay period.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No experience required
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and greet them in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with retail (Customer service, handling cash, and processing register transactions).
- Clean shelves and retail merchandise
- Answer telephone
- Delivery of medications to patients in town
- Be able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Assisting in the maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness of the pharmacy
- Assist Pharmacist and other staff as needed
- Participate in pharmacy orientation programs, training programs for pharmacy supportive personnel, pharmacy staff meetings and in-service education programs.
