About The Position
Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Clerk in Cavalier, North Dakota. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service by efficiently and accurately processing customer transactions. The Pharmacy Clerk will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy work area, greeting customers, and offering assistance. The position involves championing Thrifty White programs, managing merchandise, and adapting to new technologies and changing work roles. Flexibility and willingness to assist throughout the store or at nearby locations are essential, as is good attendance and punctuality.
Requirements

- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to customers by building loyalty and repeat business.
- Champion Thrifty White programs to patients such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization and HealthyPackRx and assist with enrolling patients.
- Receive, unpack and check merchandise to verify all merchandise is received and in acceptable condition.
- Stock, clean and sort pharmacy product.
- Maintain health aids department.
- Learn and implement new and changing technologies on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain flexibility in new or changing work roles and the modification of job responsibilities as required.
- Help anywhere in the store or nearby locations as needed.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
