About The Position
Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Clerk in Decorah, Iowa to provide excellent customer service by completing the sales transaction process for customers in a friendly, accurate, and timely fashion. This role also involves maintaining clean and neat pharmacy work areas and greeting all customers to offer assistance.
Requirements

- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to customers by building loyalty and repeat business.
- Championing Thrifty White programs to patients such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx and assisting with enrolling patients.
- Receiving, unpacking, and checking merchandise to verify all merchandise is received and in acceptable condition.
- Stocking, cleaning, and sorting pharmacy product.
- Health aids department maintenance.
- Learning and implementing new and changing technologies on an ongoing basis.
- Maintaining flexibility in new or changing work roles and the modification of job responsibilities as required.
- Willingness to help anywhere in the store or nearby locations as needed.
- Maintaining good attendance and punctuality.
