About The Position
Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Clerk in store #072 in Lisbon, North Dakota. The role provides friendly, accurate, and timely customer service while completing sales transactions, keeping pharmacy work areas clean and neat, greeting customers, and offering assistance. The clerk may also help maintain the health aids department and assist elsewhere in the store or at nearby locations as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service that builds customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Promote programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist patients with enrollment.
- Receive, unpack, and check merchandise to verify it is complete and in acceptable condition.
- Stock, clean, and sort pharmacy products.
- Maintain health aids department areas as needed.
- Learn and implement new or changing technologies.
- Adapt to changing work roles and responsibilities.
- Help elsewhere in the store or at nearby locations as needed.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
