About The Position

Harris Health is seeking a Pharmacy Business Financial Manager to oversee the pharmacy finance and accounting functions while supporting strategic and operational initiatives across the pharmacy division. In this leadership role, you will manage financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis to ensure sound fiscal management. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required
Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting required or currently in progress
Minimum 3 years of financial and operational management experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
3 years of management experience preferred, preferably in a healthcare setting
Above Average Verbal (heavy public contact)
Exceptional verbal communication (public speaking)
Strong written communication (correspondence and reports)
Financial analysis and reporting
Budgeting and operational planning
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Mathematics and statistical analysis
Research and design skills
Computer proficiency
