About The Position
We are seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our team! As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be filling prescriptions, checking for accuracy and detail. We are looking a weekend role.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- The ability to multitask and shift priorities, as needed
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with pharmacy and medical terminology desired
Responsibilities
- Fill medications in Compliance packaging based on facility
- Maintain proper storage and inventory of all medications in the pharmacy
- Receive incoming inventory, verify the accuracy, log it within the system, and put it away as needed
