About The Position

Heritage Co-op is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant for its Food Store in Brandon, MB. This role involves guest service, accurate prescription entry, third-party adjudication, prescription preparation (including compounding and blister packing), and inventory management, reporting directly to the Pharmacy Manager. Requirements

Excellent Guest service, organizational and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated
Knowledge of pharmaceutical math or a willingness to train
Must be available to work a variety of shifts
Aligned with our Values (Integrity, Excellence and Responsibility)

Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Assistant training program

Responsibilities

Guest service
Accurate entry of prescriptions into patient files
Third party adjudication
Prescription preparation including compounding and blister packing
Ordering/receiving inventory
