Requirements
- Bachelor in Pharmacy
- Ohio Pharmacy license

- PharmD
- 2 years Hospital Pharmacy experience
Responsibilities
- Properly checks, prepares, and distributes medications.
- Ensures proper control measures of medication and medication storage areas.
- Provides pharmaceutical care to patients with an emphasis on clinical monitoring, intervention and patient outcome.
- Provides clinical pharmacy services to a pediatric patient population.
- Responsibilities include attendance at work rounds, therapeutic drug monitoring and facilitating pharmacy services.
