About The Position

Our client is seeking an inpatient pharmacist for a position in Fort Worth, Texas, working a 4x10 night shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must also provide the listed certifications, references, and health documentation, and pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.

Requirements

• Current state licensure
• At least 1 year of recent experience
• Current resume
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
• Two current clinical references
• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
• Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
• Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months
• Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
• Must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings
