About The Position
A facility near Sioux City, IA is seeking a Pharmacist to join their team! This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a day shift schedule, Monday-Friday and rotating weekends. The role involves reviewing, preparing, and dispensing medications while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with hospital policies and applicable regulations. The Pharmacist will also collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy, monitor patient outcomes, and provide drug information as needed.
Requirements
- PharmD from an accredited program
- IA Pharmacist license
