About The Position
Onco360 Pharmacy, a leading closed-door specialty pharmacy dedicated to oncology care, is seeking Full-time Pharmacists to join our compassionate Phone Support team in Buffalo, NY. We are committed to improving the lives of patients battling cancer and rare diseases through expert care and collaboration. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred)
- Current pharmacy license in State of practice (Multi-state licensure a plus)
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
- Team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities
- Communicate with and document all communication with patients, physicians, nurses, other members of the healthcare team
- Review and evaluate medication orders physician medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential interactions, and route of administration.
- Maintain patient medication and clinical records
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
