Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) Degree required.
- Current license to practice pharmacy in the state of Arizona required.
Nice To Haves
- Hospital experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Distribution, drug therapy monitoring, education, and supervisory functions.
- Collaborate with others, organize well, accomplish tasks, solve problems, and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span.
- Assess data reflective of the patient's status and appropriately interpret information relative to the patient's age-specific needs.
