About The Position

MD Staffing Services is seeking a qualified Pharmacist (PharmD) for a full-time opportunity in Agana Heights, Guam. The Pharmacist will support comprehensive medication management and patient care, including medication dispensing, clinical consultation, and compliance with applicable pharmacy and regulatory standards. This is a full-time opportunity in a federal healthcare setting, located in Agana Heights, GU 96910.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of outpatient and inpatient pharmacy experience, including ICU, Med/Surg, NICU, Pediatric, and sterile compounding
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Graduate of a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Pharmacist
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers
• Must be physically capable of standing and/or sitting for extended periods and performing all services required under the contract

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and accurate medication dispensing
• Support comprehensive medication therapy management
• Provide clinical pharmacy consultations
• Perform patient assessment and medication review
• Support inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services
• Support pharmacy services across ICU, Med/Surg, NICU, and Pediatric settings
• Perform sterile compounding as required
• Maintain compliance with applicable pharmacy and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely pharmacy documentation
