About The Position
This position is a member of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for assuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective drug therapy for all patients. The pharmacist provides clinical drug information to physicians, nurses, patients, and other healthcare professionals. The role also participates in the training, orientation, and education of staff. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of experience with Oncology/Infusion pharmacy.
