About The Position
A-Team Solutions LLC is seeking a Pharmacist for a position at the VA Outpatient Clinic in Seattle, WA. The Pharmacist can expect to work in the outpatient pharmacy with rotating shifts. Coverage will start upon credentialing. The contract pharmacists provide delivery of pharmaceutical care for patients seen in VA medical center clinics, on inpatient wards, and central inpatient pharmacies. Pharmacists provide dispensing, prescription verification, checking, unit dose drug distribution, controlled substance and high-cost drug accountability, drug information, formulary management, consulting, and antimicrobial consulting.
Requirements
- Must be licensed in at least one State and maintain an active, unrestricted license.
- Must have a Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree.
- Must be able to meet requirements of the Credentialing and Privileging process.
- Must have a copy of the pharmacist’s competency assessment completed by the contractor.
- Must be current on his/her Continuing Education requirements.
- Must have inpatient experience.
- Must have BLS certification through American Heart Association.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be authorized to work in U.S.
