If this excites you, we’d love to have you join us. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of prescription orders to patients.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of relevant pharmacy experience, including prescription processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries
- A valid Pharmacist License in the state of employment
- Resourceful, optimistic, creative, and enjoy helping your team
- Understand how to create a great customer experience and can analyze and improve pharmacy processes
- Available to work within operating hours: Los Angeles Pharmacy Hours: Monday to Fridays at 8:30AM - 6:00PM PST; Saturday and Sundays at 9:00AM - 5:00PM PST
Responsibilities
- Learn our systems thoroughly, managing both internal and external pharmacy operations.
- Be a team player, handling various aspects of prescription orders such as processing, filling, inventory, and customer inquiries
- Communicate well with doctors' offices, pharmacies, and insurers to meet prescription needs.
- Collaborate with pharmacy colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience in a dynamic workflow and work with our courier team to handle deliveries efficiently
- Provide counseling and drug-related information to customers for both prescription and over-the-counter items
