About The Position

The PRN Pharmacist fills in when needed and supports the safe and effective use of medications for hospitalized patients by providing clinical and distributive pharmacy services during scheduled day shifts and on an on-call basis, as needed. This role works collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate medication preparation, verification, dispensing, and patient-centered pharmaceutical care. The PRN Pharmacist is expected to exercise sound professional judgment, comply with all regulatory and hospital policies, and maintain flexibility to meet operational and patient care needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• One year of hospital pharmacy experience.

Nice To Haves

• Pharm.D preferred.
