The Clinical Pharmacist at Desert Regional Medical Center Hospital will perform clinical, distributive, super visional, and educational functions necessary to support departmental operations. This role requires the use of critical thinking skills and independent decision-making for the provision of safe and rational medication therapy. The Pharmacist is also responsible for upholding all department-related policies and procedures, with close attention to medication management duties dictated by the Joint Commission.
