About The Position
Coshocton Regional Medical Center is seeking a Pharmacist to coordinate pharmacy department activities under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy. The role provides high-quality pharmaceutical care to hospital patients while ensuring patient safety. Patient care may include general medicine and surgery, intensive care, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, emergency care, oncology, peri-operative care, geriatrics, and outpatient services. Coshocton Regional Medical Center is a 56-bed, not-for-profit hospital serving East Central Ohio. It provides 24-hour emergency and acute care services, including hospital-based physician clinics, and is an Accredited Chest Pain and Heart Failure Center.
Requirements
- Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
- BLS certification preferred.
- ACLS certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate pharmacy department activities under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy.
- Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients served by the hospital while ensuring patient safety.
- Provide care across applicable services, including general medicine and surgery, intensive care, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, emergency care, oncology, peri-operative care, geriatrics, and outpatient services.
