About The Position

Requirements

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) with the OCP in good standing.
• You don’t just "use" Kroll; you master it.
• You are used to high-volume environments where time efficiency is a metric, not just a suggestion.
• You are comfortable with change and enjoy the variety that comes with project-based tasks and B2B partnerships.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Shopify is a major plus.
• You understand that digital platforms like GoToConnect and UberDirect are the lifelines of our service.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert pharmaceutical care with a focus on accuracy and patient safety in a high-volume, mail-order environment.
• Navigate our digital ecosystem (Kroll Paperless, G-Suite, Slack, our in house app, Shopify, UberDirect, and PrescribeIT, etc.) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Work with PACMED strip packaging for compliance patients and manage autonomous workflows in tandem with our mobile doctor partners.
• Beyond the bench, you’ll contribute to B2B integration projects and process improvements that keep us at the cutting edge.
• Communicate with patients and partners with a level of empathy and efficiency that sets the gold standard for digital care.
