About The Position
We are a growing LTC Pharmacy in Buckhead Atlanta and we are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team!
Requirements
- Unrestricted, active GA Pharmacist License
- At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a community pharmacy setting
- Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy billing, including resolution of rejections and advanced troubleshooting
- Open availability (Mon-Sat)
- Willingness to assume on-call duties according to a rotating schedule
- 40 wpm typing speed
- Proficiency with Windows-based software programs, including MS Office and MS Outlook
- Exceptional attention to details
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of experience as a pharmacist, including 1 year in an independent, LTC Pharmacy setting
- Prior pharmacy management experience
- Working knowledge of FrameworkLTC software
- Strong understanding of GA and Federal pharmacy law, including implications for the LTC setting
- Prior experience with eMAR
- Exceptional understanding of psychiatric pharmacotherapy, with a focus on adolescent mental health
