About The Position
Responsible for all functions of the pharmacy including filling prescriptions, and maintaining inventory.
Requirements
- Current Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy License.
- Ability to communicate well with patients, medical providers and other staff.
- Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Fills prescriptions
- Maintains patient profiles, inventory and prices in computer.
- Researches and recommends additions to formulary.
- Responsible for ordering drugs and medications for pharmacy and clinic.
- Processes invoices for payment.
- Counsels patients and answers questions regarding prescriptions.
- Communicates with medical providers regarding medications.
- Take inventory count as required.
- Maintain proficiency in working with electronic health records (EHR).
- Be able to substitute in CPN Mail Order Pharmacy department when necessary.
- Perform other duties and projects as required by management.
