In this role, you'll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy staff to optimize drug therapy, enhance patient outcomes, and support medication safety initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• BS Pharm or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Current state pharmacist license

Nice To Haves

• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Verify and dispense medications with accuracy and efficiency
• Review patient therapies for safety, appropriateness, and effectiveness
• Monitor anticoagulant therapy and provide clinical recommendations
• Supervise and support Pharmacy Technicians
• Promote medication safety and quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with hospital, state, and federal regulations
