Requirements

Active Pharm D licensure in the state of Rhode Island
Effective communication skills for phone and in-person interactions.
Adequate vision to read correspondence and computer screens.
Familiarity with standard medical office conditions and interactions with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

Manage Documentation and Inventory: Ensure medications are prepared, handled, documented, and distributed accurately to support safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.
Maintain precise medication records, conduct monthly inventory reconciliations, and oversee daily pharmacy transactions to ensure continuity of care and operational excellence.
Monitor medication inventory and proactively identify, investigate, and report discrepancies in accordance with company policies, DEA regulations, and pharmacy best practices, protecting the integrity of our patients' treatment.
Team Building: Lead and support pharmacy technicians in the preparation of pre-dispensed methadone doses and take-home medications, fostering a culture of accuracy and patient-centered service.
