Requirements

  • PharmD or licensed Pharmacists prior to 2002 with Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
  • Unrestricted Pharmacist license in Connecticut or eligibility for licensure within 45 days.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy safety and quality requirements.
  • Proficiency with pharmacy-related computer systems.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to problem-solve using evidence-based methods.
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to patient-centered care.
